Staff Profile

I've been teaching since 1996 in Saint Paul, Minnesota. I received my bachelor of science teaching degree from Iowa State University in Ames, Iowa; and my masters of education degree with an emphasis in Differentiated Instruction degree from Concordia University in Saint Paul. I have taught sixth grade for many years, as well as fifth grade. My goal for my students is to inspire them to achieve proficiency and to reach their highest potential.

8:15 – 9:00  Breakfast to Go/Morning Meeting in the classroom.

9:00 – 9:20  Math Review

9:20 – 10:30  Math Workshop

10:30 – 11:00  Social Studies

11:00 – 11:50  Specialist (Music, Gym, Science)

11:55 – 12:25  Lunch

12:25 – 12:40  Recess

12:40 – 2:00  Reader's Workshop, Skills (Spelling)

2:05  --2:55  Writer's Workshop

2:55  Patrols dismissed

2:57  Walkers/Parent Pickup dismissed
